4. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Standard Plan ($19/month): Standard templates, advanced customization, email support, 10% discount on website purchases
• Premium Plan ($49/month): All premium templates, white-label options, VIP support, domain purchase discounts, 30% off website purchases

5. Template Licensing

When you download or use our templates, you receive a license to:

• Modify and customize the template to suit your needs
• Create unlimited websites using the template

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original template files
• Claim ownership of the original template design

6. Custom Development Services

For custom development projects:

• Project scope and pricing will be agreed upon before work begins
• Standard payment terms are 50% upfront, 50% on completion
• Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but not guaranteed
• Client approval is required at key project milestones
• Source code ownership transfers to client upon full payment

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

SiteAmplify's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
